Shorestone Homes is proud to announce that the Malbec and Zinfandel are both going to be coming out of the ground starting this week! The footings are being put in and foundations are going to be poured shortly, with framing beginning soon on the Malbec. These new homes will really take shape over the next few weeks.
In other exciting news, the concrete has been poured for the outdoor community swimming pool at West Harbour and we are looking forward to watching the progress of this new home community and the neighbourhood that is being created.
The neighbourhood is very livable and pedestrian-friendly and the common areas like the pool encourages the residents to maintain social, active lifestyles. The roundabout at the entrance to the community features a lovely xeriscaped garden and a small fountain that sets the tone for the community.
