Cost-Plus Custom for a New Home or Renovation – the Shorestone team works with you to develop a detailed and accurate budget and everything in between through to the completion of the project. Fees will be a pre-negotiated percentage of the costs.

Shorestone Homes creates and builds functional, beautiful homes for families within Kelowna. Each home is unique and tailored with specific buyers in mind. Shorestone Homes also invests in properties and projects that exemplify its values of quality, integrity and simplicity.
Spec Bid for a New Home or Renovation – After you have designed and specified all the product, the Shorestone team will step in to develop a detailed and accurate cost, including builders’ fees, in advance.
Design Build for a New Home or Renovation – A builder-client collaboration from design to completion, this option creates a one-of-a-kind dream home for you with your vision and needs catered to, every step of the way.
Professional Consulting for Developers or Clients – Shorestone Homes offers you the opportunity to draw on 12 years of construction, building and custom home creation experience. President and owner, David Veldhoen will provide you with knowledgeable insight from sales to final inspection. As a clients or developer, you may need support in particular stages of projects and this option will provide you with the flexibility to call on Shorestone’s expertise as you need it.
