This spring saw the launch of four new house models – 2 ranchers and 2 two-storey homes. The Harvard and Malbec ranchers are designed for one-level living with the master suite on the same floor as the main living area.
The Monty is our smallest two-storey house with 1306 sq.ft. between the main and upper floors. It maintains the open-concept kitchen-living-dining space with 3 bedrooms upstairs.

Upper Mission will be getting a middle school located here at The Ponds, and within easy walking distance from Village Heights!
