Shorestone Homes is proud to announce that the Malbec and Zinfandel are both going to be coming out of the ground starting this week! The footings are being put in and foundations are going to be poured shortly, with framing beginning soon on the Malbec. These new homes will really take shape over the next few weeks.

In other exciting news, the concrete has been poured for the outdoor community swimming pool at West Harbour and we are looking forward to watching the progress of this new... ....

This spring saw the launch of four new house models – 2 ranchers and 2 two-storey homes. The Harvard and Malbec ranchers are designed for one-level living with the master suite on the same floor as the main living area.

The Monty is our smallest two-storey house with 1306 sq.ft. between the main and upper floors. It maintains the open-concept kitchen-living-dining space with 3 bedrooms upstairs.
